Although April was a short month in school, we have still managed to fit in a lot in Rainbow Room. We have been working on our building skills with the wooden blocks, large lego and duplo. We have enjoyed learning to play new games and working together to complete jigsaw puzzles. In Numeracy we have been sorting objects, adding and subtracting up to 30 and beyond, working with money and learning to tell o'clock, half past, quarter past and quarter to times. In Literacy we have continued to work on our Linguistic Phonics and keywords. We have been writing invitations and stories and using our listening skills to answer questions and follow instructions. We have had lots of fun in the role play, dressing up, delivering invitations to the castle and having a Coronation tea party.
