Our Christmas show is fast approaching, and we are really excited to get started! The children did their first run through of the songs this afternoon and really got into the swing of it. We will be sending the songs home very soon for everyone to practice at home!
This year, we are holding auditions in school to see what part everyone gets. Any child from Primary 1 – 7 who would like a speaking part in the play will need to audition. Not every part has lots of words, so don’t be worried about that.
These will take place with Mrs Donnell and Miss Plummer in school this Friday (7th November) during our singing practice. If your child would like to have a speaking part, they should get practicing! The lines Mrs Donnell and Miss Plummer would like to hear have been sent home and are attached to this news article. The lines we have chosen are quite short, but should allow children to show off their acting skills.
Mrs Donnell and Miss Plummer will then work to award the different parts, with the cast list being published in school next Tuesday, 11th November.
