Today's excursion brought history and nature alive right in the cemetery. We stepped back in time to explore the rich heritage of the Victorian and Edwardian eras, paying special tribute to the brave soldiers and sailors remembered there. As we walked the peaceful paths, we also discovered a thriving local ecosystem, spotting native birds, foxes dens, rabbits burrows, and mature trees that play a vital role in our environment. We wrapped up the memorable day by warming up inside with treats, a movie, and the ultimate crowd-pleaser: a delicious feast of fresh Domino’s pizza!
