Christmas Week
It has been a crazy couple of days here at school!
On Tuesday morning we had a visit from the Nerve Centre. All the guys were amazing and helped our children to create Santa Stop Here signs. We appreciate all the effort that everyone put in to make the signs and we hope you put them somewhere that Santa will see, so he knows to stop at your house!
Then we all sat down for our Christmas Dinner! Denise, Ciara and Deirdra all worked really hard to cook the roast and serve it to both children and staff. The meal was lovely and enjoyed by so many. We had crackers and juice to go along with it and it was a special day.
On Wednesday we went to Carlisle Road Methodist Church for our Christmas Service. A huge thanks to all the parents and members of our Fountain Family who attended. We hope that your children will remember that you are all heroes for making Christmas happen in your household.
After we came back to school we had a special visit from Santa. This was organised by Chris from the Triax Neighbourhood Management Team and again, we are so thankful for the support from our local community groups. Children had the opportunity to get a picture with Santa and he even left us selection boxes as well.
It has been such an exciting time and the children and staff are all ready for a well-earned break after Friday.
